At inlight in love, every session and event is created with deep care, energy, and intention.

This policy is here to honor our sacred exchange, ensuring clarity, trust, and respect for both your journey and ours.

inlight in love LLC – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective: February 22, 2025

At inlight in love LLC, each session, class, and offering is held with deep care and intention. Your time, energy, and healing are sacred—and we honor the energetic exchange that takes place when you book with us. This policy ensures that we can show up for our community with presence, while respecting the time and preparation each offering requires.

1: Private Sessions – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 48+ hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The full session fee will be charged.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your session, and the cancellation policy will apply. While we do our best to reschedule, we cannot guarantee availability.

A credit card is required to hold your appointment, and any cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.

🤍 Compassion Clause

We understand that life happens. In the event of a true emergency, please reach out directly. We may be able to apply part of your cancellation fee as a credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

2: Workshops, Events, & Classes – Cancellation Policy

Because our events are intimate, space-limited, and require preparation, we ask that you honor the following:

  • 72+ hours before event: You’ll receive a full credit toward a future workshop, event, or class.

  • 24–72 hours before event: You’ll receive a 50% credit toward a future offering.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: No credit or refund will be issued.

Additional Notes:

  • We do not offer refunds. Credits are valid for up to 6 months from your original event date.

  • You are welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else—just email us in advance to let us know.

  • Please arrive on time. For the integrity of the space, late arrivals may not be admitted once the event has begun.

By registering for a session or event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
